**Head Coach and Centre Manager**
Steve has been a full-time coach for the past 13 years, working within county setups such as Surrey and Wiltshire. In addition to this, he has run cricket academies in schools for the past 9 years. Moreover, he owned and operated his own indoor facility in Salisbury, called Tollgate Cricket Centre, for nearly six years, bringing a wealth of experience to BAT360 Portsmouth.
During his playing career, Steve has competed at clubs in the top tier of club cricket, including Reigate Priory CC and South Wiltshire CC. He has represented Hampshire's 2nd XI and Wiltshire CC in their three-day and one-day minor county championships. Currently, he plays for Portsmouth CC's 1st XI, where he also serves as Head Coach. Steve spent two years in Australia as an overseas player, where he was invited back as the club's head coach in his second year after winning their Player of the Year award the previous season.
Steve adds, “Turning my hobby into a full-time job is something I feel very fortunate to be able to do. I am passionate about helping people develop and improve, regardless of their playing standards or ambitions.”

Tom holds an ECB Level 2 Cricket Coaching qualification, is certified in ECB Safeguarding, is First Aid trained, and possesses a Certificate in Behaviour Management. In May 2024, he completed his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education at Solent University, graduating with First Class Honours.

Tom holds an ECB Level 2 Cricket Coaching qualification, is certified in ECB Safeguarding, is First Aid trained, and possesses a Certificate in Behaviour Management. In May 2024, he completed his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education at Solent University, graduating with First Class Honours. He also achieved professional standards from CIMSPA (The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) in coaching, safeguarding and protecting children, and working in a school environment outside the curriculum.
With significant coaching experience, Tom was nominated for Hampshire’s Young Coach of the Year in 2023. This year, he has coached all age groups at Portsmouth CC and has successfully established a strong client base through his private one-on-one coaching sessions. His contributions to the club earned him the PCC Chairman’s Award.
Having played cricket for the past 15 years, Tom was part of the Hampshire Southern Premier League-winning team with South Wilts CC in 2021 and gained a wealth of experience during his 13-year tenure at the club (2010-2023). His playing career includes representing Wiltshire County Cricket Club from U11 to U17 (2010-2017) and competing for their 2nd XI (2021-2022). He also represented Solent University in the BUCS Premier Division and was a winner of the BUCS Division 1 South in 2022. Currently, he plays for Portsmouth CC, who have just been promoted back to the Southern Premier League after winning the SPL Division 1 in 2024.

He has been part of the Hampshire Development Programme for the last three years and will be joining the HCC Tier 1 Elite Programme in conjunction with Barton Peveril College, where he plans to study Sports Physiology an

George started playing cricket at a young age and is a self-confessed cricket enthusiast. He has been part of the Hampshire Development Programme for the last three years and will be joining the HCC Tier 1 Elite Programme in conjunction with Barton Peveril College, where he plans to study Sports Physiology and Business.
George was a member of the Andover U15 team that won the Hampshire Junior Cup in 2024, scoring a declared half-century on Hampshire Slam Finals Day while playing for the Bobcats.
He has continued to train with Tom Lewis during the off-season and is eager to return to the game this summer. Additionally, he looks forward to spending hours in the centre, honing his skills while assisting our visitors.
