Steve Warner
Head Coach & Centre Manager
Steve has been a full-time coach for the past 15 years working within setups such as, Hampshire, Surrey and Wiltshire. In Addition he has run cricket academies in schools for the past 10 years.
In addition Steve is also the current head coach for Portsmouth CCand has been since 2021, and was previously at Parkdale CC in Australia.
He owned and operated Tollgate Cricket Centre in Salisbury so brings a wealth of experience to BAT360

Tom Lewis
Youth & Schools Programme Manager ECB 2 Coach
Tom holds an ECB 2 Cricket Coaching qualification, qualified in safeguarding, First Aid trained and possesses a certificate in Behaviour Managment.
In May 2024 he completed his BSc in Physical education at Solent University graduating with first class honours. he also achieved professional standards from CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity), in coaching, safeguarding, protecting children, and working in a school environment outside the curriculum.
With significant coaching experience Tom was nominated for Hampshires Young Coach of the Year 2023. He is also captain for Portsmouth CC's 2nd XI.

George Patterson
Centre Support ECB 2 Coach
George is a talented wicket keeper, batsman who also offers useful part-time bowling when required. He is currently studying at Barton Peveril College as part of Hampshires Tier 1 Elite Programme, where he continues to develop his game in a high performance environment.
In 2024 George was a member of the U15 squad the won the Hampshire Junior Cup and showcased his batting with an un-declared half century on the Hampshire slam Finals Day,
He has also completed in ECB 2 Coaching Course early in 2026 showing his further commitment to cricket both on and off the field.
